Dr. Andreas Hölzl

I’m a comparative linguist at the University of Potsdam interested in qualitative research in linguistic typology, language contact, historical lingusitics, and the description of languages. I have worked extensively with East Asian languages, such as Tungusic or Sinitic. More recently, I am also starting to work with languages from around the world, such as Bwamu in Burkina Faso, Nepali, or varieties of Quechua.
